Our mission is to have a collaborative approach to architecture, both in the creative design and the project management and building stages. Our clients are at the centre of each project and we are determined to help to bring their creative ideas to a reality. Chris Jeffrie

Architectural Technologist, BSc (Hons)

Chris is the founding member of 4:18 architecture and has over 24 years’ experience in the construction industry, starting from a trade background, moving into project management, then onto Architecture.

Having this wealth of knowledge in all areas of construction enables Chris to ultimately create a smoother process for the clients and a higher quality end product.

Before 4:18 Architecture, Chris worked within various practices of different sizes throughout the north of England. This provided a valuable framework for understanding of a wide range of sectors at various scales, working through a wide variety of projects and the complexities of delivering the end result.

He has a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with innovative materials to create extraordinary buildings.

Outside of work Chris is a competitive mountain biker and races throughout the year up and down the country.
